Skincare is more than trends, fads, or removing our imperfections. For me, skincare is one of the many ways I show my self-love and care. Each day and night, I value the time I have to just take a few minutes and redirect my energy back to myself. Frankly, now after having introduced skincare into my daily life, it is now something I look forward to - and miss if I skip it

Self-Love is defined as a state of joy and appreciation for oneself through actions and behaviors that benefit our emotional, mental, and spiritual growth. It means to hold yourself in esteem, and that you take the time to acknowledge and respect your needs.
